Training & Support
Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance awareness, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
