JD - Interior Designer

1. Client Interaction Support

  • Accompany senior designers in client meetings to understand project goals, preferences, and functional requirements.
  • Take meeting notes and assist in translating discussions into actionable design inputs.

2. Conceptualizing & space planning

  • Necessary activities you need to perform to achieve that.
  • Conceptualizing and planning layouts based on the clients needs, preferences, and Vastu principles, under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Revising and adapting layouts in response to client feedback or do changes according to the project requirements.

3. Design Revisions & Approvals

  • Incorporate client feedback into existing design concepts in collaboration with the senior design team.
  • Support the preparation of updated design presentations and follow through on client approval checkpoints.

4. Design Intent Documentation

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive design intent documents for 3D visualization teams.
  • Ensure alignment between conceptual designs and 3D models for accurate representation.

5. Look Book Development

  • Assist in the creation of Look Books to communicate design direction, themes, material palettes, and finishes.
  • Ensure visual and narrative consistency in Look Books for internal and client use.

6. Design Detailing

  • Contribute to the design detailing of key interior elements such as:
  • Custom furniture
  • Media units
  • Wardrobes
  • Vanities and built-in units
  • Support the preparation of design boards and sketches where required.
