THE ROLE

Our Salesforce Team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for passionate Salesforce Technical Leads to join our global team (7 offices) of rock stars and help take our organization to the next level.

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and should be proficient in Japanese language.

You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with the development team to ensure that our Salesforce solutions meet the highest standards of quality.

The role is a permanent position based in India

Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Execution:
  • Develop, document, and execute test cases and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by analyzing business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Defect Management:
  • Identify, document, and track defects using [your preferred bug tracking tool].
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Conduct retesting to confirm defect resolution.
  • Automation:
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or others.
  • Maintain and update existing automation scripts to ensure coverage of new features.
  • Quality Assurance Process:
  • Participate in requirements review meetings and provide feedback on testability.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
  • Documentation:
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Prepare test summary reports and metrics to track testing progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in QA testing with at least 1 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
