Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and oversee engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs, polls, etc.).
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and handle feedback or complaints.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize them for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify new growth opportunities (influencer collaborations, partnerships, trends).
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with new social media tools, features, and best practices.
