Position: Payroll Executive

Location: Villupuram (Native Preferred) / Willing to settle-down in Villupuram

Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)

  • PF, ESI, TDS knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Coordination with employees
  • Query handling
  • Documentation & reporting

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-end monthly payroll processing
  • PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Bonus & Gratuity calculations
  • Attendance & leave reconciliation
  • Salary revisions, arrears & variable pay processing
  • Preparing statutory reports (EPF, ESIC, LWF)
  • Managing full & final settlements
  • Coordinating with Finance, HR & Store teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
