Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced professional to be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong process expertise in procurement and accounts payable, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
The personnel will serve as the SPOC for the entire P2P processes, driving efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Job Description
Service Delivery & Operations
• Manage daily P2P operations including vendor master management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor helpdesk.
• Ensure operational performance is consistently delivered within defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Handle escalations, resolve vendor queries, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• Maintain operational stability and business continuity while meeting client objectives.
Process Control, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure strict adherence to client policies, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
• Support audit activities by ensuring appropriate documentation, reconciliations, and evidence of controls.
• Proactively monitor risk indicators and strengthen the control environment.
Client Management & Governance
• Act as the key point of contact for all P2P-related matters.
• Conduct governance meetings with client stakeholders, share reports, and address performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with client procurement, finance, and treasury teams, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance process effectiveness and strengthen client partnerships.
Process Improvement & Transformation
• Identify and implement opportunities for process standardization, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with internal transformation teams to deploy digital tools such as RPA, OCR, and analytics dashboards.
• Lead initiatives to improve cycle time, productivity, and vendor satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead and manage a team of associates, senior associates, and team leads working across the P2P function.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
• Mentor and coach team members to build strong domain and client management capability.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and review operational dashboards, MIS reports, and performance packs for client reviews.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership to support decision-making.
