Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

As an HR Recruiter at Gaj Group, you will manage the complete hiring cycle—from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and finalizing selections. Your main responsibility is to implement strong recruitment strategies that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  2. Source suitable candidates for the Real Estate industry using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.

  3. Prepare and post job descriptions.

  4. Conduct resume screening, shortlisting, telephonic interviews, and coordinate final interviews.

  5. Work with department heads for hiring plans and manpower forecasting.

  6. Handle recruitment from fresher to senior-level roles.

  7. Interview Process Management

  8. Conduct HR screening calls.

  9. Schedule interviews with technical panels.

  10. Manage candidate follow-up, selection, and onboarding processes.

  11. Discuss salary as per company guidelines and prepare offer letters.

  12. HR Documentation

  13. Manage employee joining documents, ID cards, and personal files.

  14. Maintain monthly employee records.

  15. Handle exit process documentation and relieving formalities.

  16. HR Operations

  17. Support attendance and leave tracking.

  18. Resolve employee queries.

  19. Assist in implementing HR policies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)

  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

  • Fast resume screening ability

  • Smart, confident, and active personality

  • Real Estate hiring experience is an added advantage

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in HR preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Real Estate preferred but not mandatory)
