Job Role: Salon Manager cum BeauticianResponsibilities:

  • Daily salon operations manage karna (staff, appointments, cleanliness, inventory).
  • Customer ko professional beauty & hair services provide karna (facials, waxing, hair styling, skin care etc.).
  • Staff scheduling, training aur performance monitoring.
  • Client satisfaction ensure karna aur complaints resolve karna.
  • Billing, cash handling aur stock management.
  • New clients attract karne ke liye offers, memberships aur promotions plan karna.
  • Hygiene aur safety standards maintain karna.

Required Skills:

  • Beautician services ka hands-on experience (skin, hair, makeup).
  • Excellent communication & customer handling.
  • Team management aur leadership.
  • Sales & target-oriented approach.
  • Basic computer & billing software knowledge.
  • Multitasking aur problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
