Job Title: Homecare Nurse

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: 30000k-33000k

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves patient assessment, administering treatments, coordinating with doctors, and ensuring overall patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients at their homes as per prescribed medical plans.
  • Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as directed.
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide patient education.
  • Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and family members for patient updates.
  • Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months 5 years in hospital or homecare setup
  • Should have good communication and patient-handling skills.
  • Must have valid registration

Working Conditions

  • Location: Delhi NCR (home visits as per assignment)
