Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Admission Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career-oriented training programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and ensuring an excellent counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries from students and parents.
  • Counsel students about training programs, career opportunities, and institute offerings.
  • Maintain follow-up with potential leads to ensure conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Maintain data records of inquiries and conversions in Sheets or Excel.
  • Attend seminars, campus visits, and promotional events when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Management, or IT).
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred).
  • Strong convincing and presentation skills.
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
