Job Description :

  • Prepare and execute technical and behavioural orientation programs according to DGT syllabus

  • Prepare students for ITI examination and clearance in 1st attempt

  • Counselling and mentoring Student Trainees during CRT and OJT

  • Developing the training content as per instructional design

  • ST engagement activities during CRT and OJT

Overall responsible for Students onboarding, retention and stipend and clearance formalities.

Specific Functional Skills Required :

Good in Microsoft office (Excellent excel skills, Word ,Powerpoint presentation etc). Proficient in english communication (Written and Verbal),
