Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payments, Receipts).
  • Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Support in GST filing work (data preparation, reconciling invoices).
  • Prepare vendor bills, track payments, and follow up for pending approvals.
  • Maintain petty cash and record all transactions accurately.
  • Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance documentation (PF/ESI/TDS).
  • Organize and maintain accounting documents for audit and internal review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for clarifications and data requirements.
  • Support the Senior Accountant in year-end closing activities.
