Roles and Responsibilities
:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and concise specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with technical solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
  • Identify, track, and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to end users during the UAT phase.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement specifications, user manuals, and test reports.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in both business analysis and quality assurance.

Skills & Qualifications
:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and creating detailed documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies with a positive attitude toward learning.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or other project management and bug-tracking software is a plus.

Preferred Experience
:

  • 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Analyst.
  • Proven experience in preparing requirement documents and executing test plans.
