We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team as a Behaviour Counsellor and SEN Teacher. The ideal candidates will support students' emotional, behavioural and learning needs while helping create a safe, inclusive and child-centred school environment.

1. Behaviour Counsellor – Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and group counselling for students with behavioural or emotional challenges.
  • Develop behaviour intervention plans and track student progress.
  • Observe classroom behaviour and share strategies with teachers.
  • Conduct SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) sessions and behaviour awareness programs.
  • Communicate with parents regarding behaviour concerns and provide guidance.
  • Maintain confidential reports, counselling records, and documentation.
  • Support teachers in managing classroom discipline and positive behaviour routines.

2. SEN Teacher – Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with diverse learning needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and slow learning.
  • Conduct baseline assessments and prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Provide remedial, one-on-one, and small-group interventions.
  • Collaborate with subject teachers to modify lessons, worksheets, and teaching strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain documentation and learning portfolios.
  • Guide parents on home-learning strategies and next steps for child support.
  • Promote inclusive practices across classrooms and ensure every learner is supported.

Qualifications (for both roles)

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Counselling, or related field (required).
  • Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and parents.
