Sales And Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new prospects across real estate builders, hospitals, pharma facilities, industrial and commercial projects.
- Regularly meet architects, consultants, and project managers to build relationships.
- CRM Management: Use Zoho CRM (or companys chosen CRM) to record, track and manage all enquiries, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Client Presentations & Product Demos: Present company profile, catalogues, and technical features to architects, consultants, procurement managers and decision makers.
- Proposal Coordination: Work closely with costing/estimation team to develop accurate quotations and proposals for each project.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Attend industry events, exhibitions and client meetings to build long-term relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing and industry trends to recommend strategies for growth.
- Reporting: Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) in CRM and update management on pipeline, progress, and closures.
- Field Work: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, check project progress and maintain ground-level understanding of opportunities.
Key Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development (Mandatory)
- 13 years experience in B2B Sales & Marketing (fresh MBAs with strong aptitude also considered)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable using CRM software (Zoho CRM or similar)
- Willingness to travel across and relocate to assigned territory(DELHI NCR)
