Role & responsibilities
- Taking care of the entire gamut of recruitment and do the hiring through different sources.
- Ensuring that right kind of candidate is recruited at right time.
- Responsible for doing the company planning as per the budget of the organization.
- Taking care of providing brief details to the employee about the company vision and mission, policies.
- Provide proper guidance about the kind of work which is required to be performed by the employee.
- Giving Induction Training to all newcomers in organization.
- Taking care of the joining formalities of the new joining along with the Induction kit.
- Responsible for maintaining the company assets of the employees.
- Responsible for providing ID card, holder & lanyards to all newcomer employees.
- Responsible for opening of Bank Accounts of employees.
- Making of offer letter, Appointment Letter of new joining.
- Supporting in conduct Training Program and other recreational activities for the employees when required.
- Taking care of the day-to-day issues of the employees.
- Creating a proper awareness to all the employees regarding the benefits of ESI and PF and the facilities provided by the government.
- Liaison with the govt. officers.
- Ensuring that PF & ESI challan creation and being deposited on time.
Taking care of Full-n-final settlement of ex-employees.
Taking care of attendance & Leave records of employees.
- Cross-checking the manual attendance with duty roasters & bio-metric records.
Updating the leave balance of all the employees on monthly basis.
Making the salaries of all employees including salary break-ups, basic maintenance as per minimum wages act.
- Taking care of maintaining the deduction of employees as TDS, Loan, Telephone, Ledgers etc.
- Maintaining proper training records of all employees as per ISO standards.
- Taking care of Induction Training, departmental training records to maintain on quarterly / half yearly/ annually basis.
Preferred candidate profile
At least years of experience in HR Generalist Profile.
Expertise in Payroll Processing, End to End Recruitment and Statuary Compliance. Also good in MS-Excel, mail drafting.
