Job Description

· Analyzing spatial data using mapping software.

· Finding and mapping of the patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data.

· Creating digital maps with geographic data and other data sources.

· Having experience of working in different type of GIS projects.

· Producing maps showing the spatial distribution of various layers.

· Performing QC and cleaning to convert data into its desired form.

· Producing various reports and map layouts out of the output data.

· Managing a digital library of geographic maps in various file types.

· Should have experience of working on QGIS and equivalent software.

Qualifications

• GIS Applications, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and Maps skills
• Analytical Skills and experience working with databases
• Strong problem-solving abilities in spatial and data analysis
• Proficiency in GIS software and tools such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, GIS, or related field with 2 years minimum Work Experience.
• Experience in remote sensing and satellite imagery would be beneficial
