Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President, located in Pune. The selected candidate will oversee business operations, manage sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include leading a team, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building key client relationships. They will also analyze market trends, ensure target achievements, and facilitate cross-departmental coordination to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Expertise in business strategy, operational planning, and market analysis
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Familiarity with the financial services sector; experience in loans is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
