We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / Conversational AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced conversational AI solutions using Google Cloud's Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX. This role requires deep expertise in building, testing, and productionizing voice and chat agents, with hands-on experience in creating complex flows, playbooks, and evaluation frameworks. You will be responsible for driving agent development from concept to production, ensuring high-quality user experiences across both voice and chat channels.

A strong foundation in Python (Cloud Functions, Colab) and SQL (preferably BigQuery) is essential for building scalable solutions and performing data-driven evaluations. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent analytical skills to interpret user behavior and optimize agent performance.

As a team lead, you will guide a team of developers and data scientists, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams. Familiarity with Agile program management methodologies is a plus. This role is best suited for someone with a blend of technical, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities, able to translate complex requirements into impactful conversational AI solutions.
