  • Core Competencies:
  • SAP system installation, configuration, and upgrades (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager)
  • Redwood Cronacle integration and automation for SAP batch jobs
  • System performance optimization and root cause analysis
  • Transport management and change control processes
  • High-availability architecture and disaster recovery planning
  • Security and user administration, including roles and authorizations
  • Database administration (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)

Redwood Expertise:

  • Design and implementation of Redwood job chains for SAP systems
  • Automation of business-critical processes across modules
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Redwood job performance
  • Collaboration with functional teams to streamline operations via Redwood

  • Proven ability to lead BASIS teams and mentor junior consultants

  • Install and configure SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager)
  • Set up application servers, database servers, and central services
  • System Administration & Monitoring
  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability
  • Perform daily checks and resolve system alerts
  • Transport Management
  • Manage transport requests across development, QA, and production systems
  • Ensure proper change control and documentation
  • User & Security Administration
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations
  • Conduct security audits and compliance checks
  • System Upgrades & Patch Management
  • Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and enhancement packs
  • Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations
  • Backup & Recovery
  • Schedule and monitor backups
  • Perform system restores and disaster recovery tests
  • Performance Tuning
  • Analyze system performance and optimize memory, CPU, and database usage
  • Resolve bottlenecks and improve response times
  • Redwood Automation Activities
  • Job Scheduling & Automation
  • Design and implement Redwood job chains for SAP batch processes
  • Automate recurring tasks across SAP modules
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor Redwood job execution and resolve failures
