Group Product Analyst I

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Business, Product and Technology teams to develop world class systems and processes.
  • Leverage business context and objectives, to develop, implement and own Web Analytics measurement plan
  • Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.
  • Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and understand how our users interact with our products through systematic and rigorous measurement and analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of specific areas of the business and the key metrics to measure the performance of the product.

OTHER:

  • Participate and contribute to data discussions with the goal to enrich data and business understanding.
  • Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Founder's Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute
  • Having 4-8 years hands-on experience with Product and Business analytics, preferably in ecommerce
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with building dashboards in powerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, and SQL, statistics, and application of data science algorithms.
  • Good Knowledge of Web Analytics Tool (such as Google Analytics) and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
