Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Skills: Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript, SQL, and a solid understanding of key Agile concepts.

Role Expectations:

  • Demonstrate a willingness to take on challenging and mission-critical tasks that are varied and complex.

  • Exhibit advanced capabilities and specialized skills while completing tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Adapt procedures, techniques, tools, and materials with minimal support from leads, contributing to process improvements.

  • Mentor team members.

  • Independently create detailed design documentation.

  • Produce a code quality matrix and present it to the team.

  • Provide accurate task analysis and estimations.

  • Exhibit expertise in CI/CD practices.

  • Be ready to assume lead responsibilities in the absence of the lead.

  • Manage documents effectively using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
