Lead Engineer

Role Overview:
As a Lead Engineer specializing in Python and ML Ops, you will design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure. Youll collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring).
- Automate model deployment and scaling using ML Ops tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Implement CI/CD workflows for ML applications.
- Work closely with Data Science teams to productionize models.
- Monitor model performance and automate retraining mechanisms.
- Optimize resource utilization and ensure cost-efficient deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and code reviews.
Required Skills:
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, FastAPI, Flask).
- Experience with ML Ops tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC, etc.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).
- Familiarity with data engineering and model monitoring frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
