About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer who can contribute to the design and development of scalable backend services for our fintech products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, API development, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django).
  • Build, optimize, and document RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations.
  • Write efficient database queries and manage schemas using PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, containerization, and AWS deployments.
  • Ensure best practices for performance, security, and code quality.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Work alongside Product, QA, and Frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to microservices design and backend workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Python backend development.
  • Strong expertise in Python frameworks — Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2, JWT authentication.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with microservices, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and caching (Redis).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600, ₹700,000.00 per year
