- Implement efficient data ingestion, processing, and retrieval workflows using MongoDB features and tools, adhering to banking industry standards 

- Optimize MongoDB database performance, including indexing, sharding, and replication strategies, to meet the high availability and low latency requirements of the banking sector 

- Ensure data security and compliance, implementing access controls, encryption, and backup/recovery processes in accordance with banking regulations. 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and risk management, to understand data requirements and translate them into MongoDB solutions
