Job Title: Executive Store

Location: Raipur, India

Department: Stores & Warehouse

Reports To: Head Stores

Experience Required: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day stores operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials (GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/other).
  • Conduct periodic stock checks, cycle counts, and support monthly/yearly physical stock audits.
  • Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels for critical items to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and quality teams for timely availability and clearance of materials.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions as per food safety standards and compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles.
  • Track inventory variances, report discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and control wastage, damages, and expired stock.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards within the stores area.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Stores/Inventory Management, preferably in FMCG/Food/Manufacturing industry.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and strong skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
