Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Define project organization, work breakdown structure, and assign responsibilities for project success.
  • Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
  • Execute risk, issue, and opportunity management to mitigate challenges and leverage opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, quality standards, and internal processes.
  • Build and strengthen collaboration with OEM customers and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and execute project plans proactively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • High accountability, result orientation, and analytical thinking.
  • B.E/B.Tech in relevant field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Experience in product development, certification, and product change phases within an R&D environment.
  • Knowledge of System-Set-Based approach and/or APQP is an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

Aero engine or Gas Turbine Engine experience is mandatory
