The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and bank transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Support audits and coordinate with auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and expenses.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) as an Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Excel.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics/manufacturing (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
