About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and analytical
Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Specialist
to join our fast-growing technology and analytics team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intelligent algorithms, analyzing large volumes of data, and developing predictive models to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and process large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and deploy
  machine learning models
  for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and business optimization.
• Perform
  exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives, define data requirements, and align analytics with business goals.
• Use advanced statistical methods, regression models, clustering, classification, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Build and automate end-to-end data pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
• Evaluate model accuracy and performance using relevant metrics, and continuously improve models through tuning and retraining.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based tools for business reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve workflows.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or AI/ML roles.
• Strong programming skills in
  Python
  (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or
  R
  .
• Proficiency in
  SQL
  and experience with relational databases.
• Solid understanding of
  machine learning algorithms
  , data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments such as
  AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  .
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain insights and recommendations.
• Experience in data visualization tools like
  Tableau, Power BI
  , or
  Matplotlib/Seaborn
  .
