We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Credit Services to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Participate in underwriting transactions, helping manage closing process from the lending perspective
  • Oversee centralized portfolio management, with a focus on data - ensuring consistency of inputs, quality of available information and accuracy of reporting 
  • Interact with finance, operations, regulatory and other BNY stakeholders on Alt's lending requirements
  • Primary lead on limited partnership monitoring tool, owning both the data and management of all enhancements to the tool and its output
  • Responsible for covenant compliance activity, working with agent banks, lead lenders and clients to ensure timely reporting as well as internally to clear all outstanding portfolio reporting items
  • Support lenders in monitoring credit portfolios, including investor exposure concentrations, loan reviews
  • Centralize lending reporting and ad-hoc requests for the Alts Lending team

 To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. MBA is preferred. 
  • 5+ years of total work experience, preferably related to Capital Call, NAV, Structured Finance; experience in risk analysis. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and drive for accurate, timely and efficient reporting.
  • Experience in reviewing, analyzing and interpreting credit documentation. 
  • Ability to communicate skillfully and effectively with involved stakeholders. 
  • Robust analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attentiveness to detail.
