Your Role

We are looking for Associate- Database Management who will work hand in hand with the Marketing team, In this role, you will manage and optimize marketing databases, run data analysis, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are data-driven, personalized, and efficient.

A Day in the Life

• Maintain, update, and optimize customer databases, ensuring accurate and clean data for marketing campaigns.
• Manage customer segmentation to tailor marketing efforts to specific audience segments
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted email, SMS, and other digital marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Analyze campaign results, provide recommendations for improvement, and track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on database health, campaign performance, and customer
  
  segmentation insights

• Maintain Database for Demand Generation team and email marketing team within Marketing.
• Managing / modifying Data Sheet.
• Managing Salesforce CRM
• Coordinate with cross functional teams regarding database
• BE/BTech Computer Sciences or relevant field.
• Any programming language Python, Java
• Good to have experience in SQL
• Open to learn new technologies
• Problem Solving and critical thinking
• Basic understanding of Web crawling and enrichment tools.
