Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and help build the next generation of AI-powered record management solutions. You'll work on creating intuitive, responsive, and scalable user interfaces while contributing to backend functionality that serves thousands of users globally.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• React Development: Build and maintain complex React applications with modern hooks, context API, and state management
• UI/UX Implementation: Transform designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces using CSS3, SCSS, and modern CSS frameworks
• Component Architecture: Develop reusable, modular components following best practices and design systems
• Performance Optimization: Implement code splitting, lazy loading, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal user experience
• Cross-browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless functionality across all major browsers and devices

Backend Integration

• API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs using
• Database Management: Work with MySQL for data modeling and optimization
• Authentication & Security: Implement secure authentication systems, JWT tokens, and role-based access control
• File Upload Systems: Develop robust file handling systems supporting multiple formats and cloud storage integration
• Real-time Features: Implement WebSocket connections for real-time notifications and live updates

AI/Blockchain Integration

• AI Features Integration: Work with AI services for document categorization, natural language search, and intelligent recommendations
• Blockchain Connectivity: Integrate blockchain APIs for immutable audit trails and document verification
• Chat Interface: Develop conversational UI for AI-powered document search and retrieval

DevOps & Deployment

• CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
• Cloud Services: Work with AWS services for scalable application deployment
• Monitoring & Analytics: Implement application monitoring, error tracking, and user analytics

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Technologies

• JavaScript/TypeScript: Expert-level proficiency with ES6+ features
• 3+ years experience with React 16.8+, including hooks, context, and modern patterns
• State Management: Experience with Redux, Zustand, or Context API for complex state management
• CSS Frameworks: Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap
• Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Vite, or Create React App
• Testing: Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library for comprehensive testing

Backend Technologies
