Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC and BIM Engineer located in Pune. The HVAC and BIM Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing HVAC systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM), conducting site visits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will also provide technical support, participate in project meetings, and coordinate with other professionals to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HVAC design, system testing, and implementation
  • Experience in developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM)
  • Strong technical support, project management, and site visit skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or building services industry is a plus
