Role Description

This is a project-based role for a Freelance Web Designer with a strong preference for someone that can work in-person out of our office in Mumbai. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and deploying a responsive, user-friendly website that align with our vision, branding, and work. The role requires close collaboration with the core team to iterate on feedback and deliver a high-quality web solution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in web design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma
  • Expertise in responsive design, UI/UX principles, and web layouts
  • Industry-standard knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience in designing and deploying on design-first platforms like Webflow (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating visually appealing website assets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and accessibility standards is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
