Due to exciting growth in our business, we are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Process Associates to join our team

This role is pivotal in managing product data and digital assets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand product offerings within assigned product groups and categories.
  • Perform root cause analysis for product data-related issues and queries.
  • Facilitate ad-hoc dashboards, reports, and data extracts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and third parties on system enhancements, data migration, enrichment, and remediation.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships to improve and enrich product data and digital assets.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective time management and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Certification in data management is a plus.
