Desired Competency:

  1. Strong understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical component integration
  2. Hands-on experience in 3D CAD modeling (NX preferred) and complex assembly handling
  3. Good knowledge of engineering fundamentals and drawing standards (ISO/DIN)
  4. Experience in DMU (Digital Mock-Up) validation and packaging feasibility checks
  5. Proficiency in creating detailed 2D drawings, tolerance stack-up, and GD&T
  6. Knowledge of design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA)
  7. Understanding of PLM systems and Engineering Change Management processes
  8. Capability to manage Bill of Materials (BoM) and configuration control
  9. Good collaboration skills for cross-functional work with validation, manufacturing, and sourcing teams
  10. Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and communication
  11. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Role:

  1. Develop and validate 3D models and designs for vehicle components/systems
  2. Conduct packaging studies, interface management, and clash checks in DMU
  3. Release high-quality drawings and design documentation
  4. Participate in design reviews and collaborate with internal teams (CAE, Testing, Purchasing)
  5. Drive cost-effective and innovative design solutions
  6. Support prototype development and resolve issues during builds
  7. Ensure timely delivery of design tasks aligned with project milestones
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement in design methods and standard

Education:

Engineering – Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or
