Influencer Marketing Intern (Gen Z, City-Based Discovery Role)

About the Role

We're expanding our influencer marketing engine and looking for Gen Z interns who live and breathe social media.

You'll help us identify, connect with, and manage creators across platforms — from
micro-influencers (2K followers)

to
mid- and macro-creators (1M)

— while maintaining structured records and assisting in campaign ideation.

You'll focus on
finding and nurturing creators from your city

— tapping into your local social graph, college networks, and online scenes to help us build authentic, city-based creator communities.

What You'll Do

  • Creator Discovery:

Find and shortlist relevant creators (2K–1M followers) on Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts based on brand fit, engagement, and city.

  • Outreach & Communication:

Reach out via DMs/emails, pitch campaigns, and manage follow-ups professionally.

  • Database Management:

Maintain clean, updated spreadsheets of creator contacts, outreach status, engagement metrics, and campaign progress.

  • Campaign Ideation:

Collaborate with the central team to brainstorm campaign ideas, creator-led trends, and new content formats.

  • Coordination:

Support seeding, track deliverables, gather live content, and compile performance reports.

  • Local Insights:

Bring in trends, memes, and upcoming creators from your city to help shape campaigns with cultural relevance.

Who You Are

  • A
    college student or fresher

who loves content, short-form video, and social media culture.

  • Highly active on Instagram, YouTube, and Reels — knows what's trending before it's trending.

  • Organized and data-driven — can manage sheets, track outreach, and maintain creator logs consistently.

  • Strong written communication (comfortable writing professional DMs and emails).

  • Creative thinker who can suggest hooks, concepts, and influencer collab ideas.

  • Self-starter — proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in campus clubs, PR cells, or brand ambassador programs.

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets,

  • Knowledge of basic influencer analytics (engagement rate, fake follower checks, etc.).
