Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quantity Estimation and Billing

  2. Estimate quantities and prepare BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).

  3. Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, and reconciliation of RMC, steel, and other consumable materials.
  4. Perform rate analysis for RCC work for (L) and (L+M).

  5. Billing in item rate contracts as per statutory norms.

  6. BOQ Preparation and Compilation

  7. Accurately estimate quantities and compile working sheets.

  8. Prepare detailed BOQs for project execution and billing.

  9. Contract Execution and Billing

  10. Manage the execution of all activities related to item rate contracts.

  11. Prepare and manage final bill preparation and certification from the client.

  12. Additional Responsibilities

  13. Prepare final bills, RA (Running Account) bills, and conduct rate analysis.

  14. Handle escalation and de-escalation of material costs.
  15. Reconcile materials and estimate quantities for material procurement.

Requirements:

  • Senior Billing Engineer with 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RCC finishing and MEP works.
