Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI and SQL Developer who can design and deliver robust, user-friendly dashboards and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power BI development, SQL programming, and data modeling, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Build efficient data models (star/snowflake schemas) and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure reporting.
• Develop complex DAX expressions and calculations to support advanced analytics.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support data extraction and transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills - Power BI & SQL Development:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in creating optimized data models (star/snowflake schemas) and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure and scalable reporting.
• Strong command of advanced DAX expressions for complex data calculations and analytical insights.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views.
• Solid understanding of query performance tuning, data normalization, and indexing strategies, along with monitoring and supporting Power BI reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills - Azure Data Factory (ADF) & ETL Pipelines:

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and building scalable ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics, Blob Storage, or other Azure data services.
• Ability to schedule and automate data refreshes and transformations in a cloud environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling) and SQL development
