• preparation, assembly and welding of positions and assemblies according to technical documentation or description and instructions given by the manager, -performs work within its scope of work in accordance with valid ISO9001 quality management system procedures and ISO 14001 environmental management system procedures; - creation of positions and parts according to the documentation or verbal order received from the manager using the available equipment in the plant for transport, processing and joining of metals, - the instructions for the correct technical use of equipment and machines are followed during and after work, observing safety measures at work. - ensures that the machines and equipment he works on are in good condition, performs preventive maintenance in accordance with the prescribed maintenance plan, performs repairs and participates in the overhaul of equipment, - Informs the immediate manager about problems in production (malfunction of equipment, non-compliance of materials and dimensions), makes proposals for solving them and proposals for improving production, -Carries out the transport and manipulation of raw materials and products using means of manipulation in the plant, for which he is trained (crane, forklift, hand pallet truck, trolley) -control of previous processes, self-control and final product control, all according to the attached documentation and control instructions and procedures - performing the necessary activities in order to create working conditions at your workplace and environment (unloading raw materials, cleaning and arranging the work area, creating safe working conditions, packing and loading finished products), -actively participates in the creation of a positive working atmosphere, arranging the work and living space as well as hygiene at the workplace, -giving proposals for increasing efficiency and improving work processes, -continuously improves and upgrades knowledge and skills related to the profession, - execution of tasks in accordance with the problems of the organization in order to fulfill work tasks and realize the production plan. - obliged to perform entrusted tasks professionally in accordance with the standards of the profession and respecting the requirements of the quality system ISO9001 and ISO to behave in the workplace in accordance with moral and legal principles, respecting parties and employees - he is obliged to report all work irregularities that endanger the health and life of others, endangering equipment and property to the immediate manager, - obliged to comply with the provisions of the Law and general acts of the Company on occupational safety and health, PPZ and environmental requirements, - obliged to improve and improve in order to more efficiently perform tasks within the scope of work, - he takes care of the equipment and means of work, uses them efficiently and is responsible for the malfunctions caused by his unprofessional and careless use, - for the proper and efficient use and safekeeping of entrusted funds and equipment and is obliged to compensate for the damage caused as stipulated in the Employment Agreement - under the obligation to propose measures and steps within its capabilities in order to more efficiently use equipment, time and business improvement.
