Essential Job Functions
We are looking for a skilled Power BI and PowerApps Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions and custom applications using Power BI and PowerApps. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.

Process Skills

• Power BI Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect to various data sources, transform data, and ensure data integrity.
• Implement data models and calculations using DAX.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues.
• PowerApps Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
• Create and manage workflows using Power Automate.
• Ensure application usability and maintainability.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and PowerApps.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Documentation and Best Practices:
• Document development processes, data models, and user guides.
• Follow best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Continuously explore new features and updates in Power BI and PowerApps to enhance solutions.
