We're looking for an experienced
AWS Data Lead
who can lead by example — driving critical data initiatives, mentoring a high-performing team, and actively contributing to the architecture and development of cloud-native data solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers in building robust, scalable data platforms on AWS
  • Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines using modern AWS data services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, analytics, and engineering — to deliver data-driven solutions
  • Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on design, coding, and performance tuning
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all pipelines and storage solutions

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Cloud Expertise:
    Strong experience with
    AWS Data Services
    including
    Redshift, Glue, EMR, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Athena
  • Programming Proficiency:
    Solid hands-on experience with
    Python
