Role Description

We're hiring Skill-Based Seasonal Interns
 at 
Humans Care Foundation
 (On-site/Remote).

This isn't your usual internship – we hire based on 
what you can do
, not your background. You'll take on live responsibilities like teaching ML, mentoring projects, designing content, managing outreach, or supporting tech operations – depending on your 
core skillset
.

Selected candidates will:

  • Lead/assist in educational workshops and bootcamps
  • Mentor or build real-time AI, tech, and social impact projects
  • Help automate and scale internal systems
  • Contribute to community growth initiatives

This is a project-based
, 
paid opportunity
 for dynamic students looking to 
learn, earn, and create impact
.

Qualifications

  • Proven skill in at least one area: teaching, tech (Python, ML, full stack), project building, design, operations, etc.
  • Strong communication and leadership mindset
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently or in a team
  • Passion for tech, education, or community growth
  • Prior experience with GitHub, Kaggle, or mentorship is a bonus
  • Open to all college students (no degree restriction – only skills matter)
