Job Summary

The Technical Lead role involves overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions using .Net Programming-C# .Net SiteCore and Sitecore - Core Development within the Banking domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts with no travel required. The role demands a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of software applications using .Net Programming-C# .Net to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee the integration of SiteCore and Sitecore
  • Core Development to enhance digital experiences and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and project success.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality code and system performance.
  • Conduct code reviews and testing to identify and resolve issues ensuring software reliability and security.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing system performance and user experience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions accordingly.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative technologies into the development process.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of applications to ensure continuous operation and user satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance the banking experience for customers. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in .Net Programming-C# .Net SiteCore and Sitecore
  • Core Development.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Retail Banking domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Show proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Display effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
