Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of special MEP systems including ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems), Paint Booths, Compressors, Elevators, Foam Fire Suppression Systems, Annex Cranes (Special Packages), Package Scanners, and Security & Surveillance Systems
  • Coordinate with design consultants, OEMs, and contractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Interface with civil and structural teams for integrated execution.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Support procurement and vendor finalization for specialized systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning, and handover documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP execution, with at least 5 years in special systems for industrial or aviation projects.
  • Proven track record in handling complex packages like ASRS, fire systems, and security infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution under tight timelines.
