This goal encompasses managing fuel consumption, route management, driver performance, and vehicle maintenance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) - Tele Sales, located in Coimbatore. The BDE will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role includes managing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The BDE will also provide training to customers and help manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telephonic sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the telematics or technology industry is a plus
