About the Role

We are seeking a courteous and efficient Hospital Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while managing administrative and patient coordination tasks effectively. This role requires strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent patient service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude.

Manage phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling efficiently.

Handle patient registration, check-in/check-out processes, and record updates.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to maintain smooth patient flow.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

Support billing, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and hospital management systems.

Strong customer service orientation with a professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high patient volumes.
