Job Description

As a Growth Catalyst Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our
Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives
, assisting with
B2B and enterprise sales
, and supporting the
launch of our new cybersecurity product
.

This is an
in-office internship in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
, offering real-world experience in sales, marketing, and client communication within a high-performance, innovation-driven environment.

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on exposure in:

Developing and executing
Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
for new products and services.

Conducting
market analysis
to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.

Designing and managing
targeted sales campaigns
via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Engaging with
prospects, leads, and clients
to nurture relationships and drive conversions.

Maintaining accurate
sales and lead data
using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM platforms.

Collaborating with
cross-functional teams
(Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution.

Who Can Apply

We're looking for enthusiastic, results-driven individuals with a passion for
sales, marketing, and technology

B2B or enterprise product sales

You should have:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A strategic mindset and creative problem-solving ability

Understanding of
Ideal Client Profiles (ICP)

Familiarity with
data extraction and lead generation tools
(Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Strong knowledge of
IT trends
and market awareness

Proficiency in
Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or MS Office tools

Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-changing environments
