Job Overview:

As the Web Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team of web developers to deliver high-quality web solutions that exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented developers, drive innovation, and shape the future of our web development offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of web developers in the design, development, and maintenance of responsive websites, web applications, and digital experiences
  • Define and enforce web development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of web solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Lead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end architectures, frameworks, and technologies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, conducting code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices, evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, project managers, designers, and stakeholders, communicating technical requirements and providing updates on project progress

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in web development roles, with a focus on front-end and/or back-end development
  • Proven 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, , , Python, or PHP
  • Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Experience with web development frameworks, libraries, and tools, such as Bootstrap, Sass, Webpack, and Git
