Key Responsibilities

o Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

o Set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines for the team.

o Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.

o Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using MERN Stack or MEAN Stack.

o Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

o Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

o Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

o Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

o Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to foster continuous learning.

Must-Have Skills

o Proficiency in MERN / MEAN Stack (MongoDB, , ,

o Strong experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React

o Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Platform.

o Expertise in version control systems like Git.

o Strong knowledge of database management and optimization.

o Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Good-to-Have Skills

 Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

 Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

 Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Background in UI/UX design and user-centric development.

Education Required

 Graduate: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, BCA in Any Specialization.

 PG: M.Tech, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc (Science) in Any Specialization.
